Local gifts. Karera personal.

We work with selected local Edmonton florists who prepare each order fresh on the day, and a local courier who delivers it. Karera owns the experience and the keepsake; our partners make the physical gift happen.

Because each gift is made that morning, the exact stems and finish follow what is good that day — we always match the style and the value you chose.

The part they keep.

A normal delivery brings the gift. This brings the part that feels like you were there.

Every bundle carries a Karera keepsake card. Your recipient scans it and opens a private album — your message, your photos, and an optional short video. The flowers last a week. The album is hosted for two years, renewable after, private, and never listed or searchable.

The delivery terms, in plain words.

Where we deliver. Same-day delivery covers Edmonton. We check your recipient's postal code before you order — if we can't reach them, we tell you then, not after.

When to order. Order by 3:30 PM MT, Monday–Saturday. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a day we don't deliver, are delivered on the next delivery day — the checkout shows that date before you place the order. Delivery windows are estimates given by our courier, not guaranteed times.

How you pay. Placing this order does not charge you. We call you first to confirm what is available for your delivery day and take payment over the phone — if we can't reach you, nothing is delivered and nothing is charged.

What can change it. Flowers are made fresh each morning by local partners, so exact stems and finishes vary with what is good that day — we always match the style and the value. Severe weather, road closures, or a recipient who isn't home can push a delivery to the next day, and we contact you if that happens.

Outside Edmonton. Every Karera Keepsake ships Canada-wide by Canada Post — production is typically 2–3 business days, plus transit. Same-day is Edmonton only, for now.
